How do I track a flight?+
Search by flight number (like UA 232), by route (SFO → JFK), or by airline and date. Tap the star to pin it and choose which alerts you want.
Notifications aren't arriving — what should I check?+
Open iOS Settings → FlightyFlow → Notifications and confirm they're enabled. Inside the app, open the flight and check that the specific alerts (gate, delay, baggage) are toggled on.
What does Premium include?+
Unlimited saved flights, advanced delay predictions, ad-free use, priority push notifications, and richer airport pages.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → FlightyFlow → Cancel. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
Is my data safe?+
Yes — we don't sell or rent personal data, and we don't ship third-party ad SDKs. See our Privacy Policy for details.
A flight's data looks wrong. What now?+
Flight data is provided by aviation data partners and updates in near real-time. If you spot a clear error, email us with the flight number and date and we'll investigate.
Will there be an Android version?+
FlightyFlow is iPhone-first today. Android is on the roadmap; join the email list at info@jhobbie.com to hear when it ships.
