FlightyFlow ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.

Information we collect

  • Account info (optional)Email address if you create an account so we can sync favorites across devices.
  • Flight activityFlights you search, pin, and the alerts you enable — used to deliver the service.
  • Device dataDevice model, OS version, app version, and crash diagnostics for stability.
  • Subscription dataIf you purchase Premium, Apple sends us a transaction receipt for entitlement; we never see your card.

How we use your information

  • Run the serviceDeliver real-time flight tracking, alerts, and Live Activities.
  • Improve the appAggregate, anonymized analytics to make the product faster and more useful.

Sub-processors

  • Cloud hostingProduction data is stored with reputable cloud providers under strict contracts.
  • Flight data providersWe rely on aviation data partners (ADS-B aggregators, schedule providers) to deliver tracking.
  • AppleApp Store handles purchase processing; Apple Push Notification service delivers your alerts.

Your rights

  • AccessRequest a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • DeletionDelete your account and personal data at any time.
  • PortabilityExport your saved flights in a machine-readable format on request.
  • Opt-outDisable notifications, analytics, or location at any time in settings.

Children

FlightyFlow is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us so we can remove it.

International transfers

Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers of personal data.

Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account we delete personal data within 30 days, except where law requires retention.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date below and, where required, notify you in-app.
