Layout

  • Terminal 1 — Air Canada and Star Alliance, plus US carriers.
  • Terminal 3 — American, Delta, British Airways, others.

Getting there

  • UP Express train from downtown's Union Station — 25 minutes.
  • TTC bus 192 from Kipling Station.
  • Taxi/Lyft/Uber — 30–60 min depending on Gardiner traffic.

US preclearance

T1 has US Preclearance — clear US Customs in YYZ before boarding. Build extra time on departure days; on arrival in the US you exit as a domestic.

Lounges

  • Maple Leaf Lounges in T1 and at preclearance.
  • Plaza Premium locations in both terminals.

Weather

  • Winter snow and freezing rain are the dominant disruption.
  • Deicing pads operate from purpose-built bays.
