Set up before you leave

  • Add your boarding pass to Wallet on your iPhone (it mirrors to Watch).
  • Install FlightyFlow on iPhone and add the complication to your travel watch face.
  • Enable Travel focus mode if you use one.

At the airport

  • Double-tap the side button to show your boarding pass at security and the gate.
  • Tap the FlightyFlow complication to see gate, predicted departure, and delay risk in one beat.

On the aircraft

  • Apple Watch automatically enables airplane mode when paired iPhone does.
  • Wi-Fi watches with cellular still work over the in-flight Wi-Fi for messaging.
  • Don't forget to turn off wrist haptics if you're trying to sleep.

On arrival

  • Turn off airplane mode.
  • The boarding pass disappears once the flight is past landing.
  • The FlightyFlow complication switches to baggage carousel info where supported.

Battery tip

Long-haul flights can drain a Watch. Bring a small magnetic puck charger; you can top off in your seat.
